PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper delivery device to extensively simplify mounting and dismounting work on and from a shaft and to extensively reduce mandays. SOLUTION: This paper delivery device is provided with rollers 103a, 103b having first grooves 206a, 206b formed toward the axial direction from opening parts 211a, 211b formed along the rotational axial direction on an outer peripheral surface and second grooves 302a, 302b formed to extend in a direction to cross with the first grooves 206a, 206b from side surfaces of these first grooves 206a, 206b and a shaft 135 having projected parts 501a-501d to project in a direction to cross with the longitudinal direction.
