PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel cover preventing an axle from projecting too much, even if the axle, etc., is projected outward from the outside face of a wheel, attachable without forming the wheel cover body into a large arc. SOLUTION: This wheel cover is constituted of a fixing plate attached to a plurality of bolts for an automobile and having a ring-shaped bearing attached to the central part; a movable plate rotatably attached to the fixing plate via a bearing and formed with a bearing hole in the central part and a lock part in the outer circumferential part; a movable weight attached to a part toward the outer circumferential part of the movable plate by a pivot pin so as to move rotationally; a disk wheel cover body having a little clearance formed toward the wheel with a lock piece being lockable to the lock part of the movable plate provided in the inside wall face; and an opening part absorbing the air in the wheel cover body to the outside by an air flow, which is caused by the running of the automobile and formed in the outer circumference part of the wheel cover body, and formed by projecting a nose shape to the surface. |
