PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely peel off a crushed product from crushing edges even when the subject to be crushed has viscosity, for example, in the case that leftover rice mixed in the waste from a kitchen shows viscosity by crushing and is rotated while adhering to the crushing edges and hardly discharged downward. SOLUTION: In this device, the supplied subject to be crushed is sheared and crushed by plural crushing edges 5 and 6 respectively attached to paired crushing rollers 3 and 4 while ovelapping the opposed tip parts of the edges 5 and 6. Scraping plates 10 for scraping the crushed product adhered to the edges 5 and 6 are respectively arranged almost vertically in the lower parts of the rollers 3 and 4.
