PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the settlement of crushed matter to repulsion rods of an impact type mixing machine which crushes rocks, conglomerate, etc., containing surplus soil and cured clay component. SOLUTION: This mixing machine is provided with a low-speed rotor 3 within a casing 1 and is provided with high-speed rotors 2 and 2' below both sides of the low-speed rotor 3. Revolving shafts 2", 3' and 3" of the respective rotors 2, 2' and 3 are parallel and in a horizontal direction. A raw material feeding port 12 is disposed above the high-speed rotor 2 on one side. Plural impact plates 5 are freely supported on the outer periphery of the one high-speed rotor 2 and plural agitation rods 19 are freely supported on the outer periphery of another high-speed rotor 2'. The plural repulsion rods 9 are freely supported like a fence at the outer periphery of the low-speed rotor 3 and receiving shafts 11 of the repulsion rods 9 are disposed between free supporting shafts 8 and 8. The revolving shaft 3' of the low-speed rotor 3 is connected to a drive shaft 3" via a cam clutch 23.
