PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module of a polymer in which the hollow fiber membrane of which the hollow part is filled with liquid is high in circularity and which has a small number of crushed hollow fibers and is excellent in efficiency and safety. SOLUTION: In the module in which both ends of the hollow fiber membrane made of a polymer are fixed by a resin, the circularity of the hollow fiber membrane in the end parts is at least 0.9, and the number of crushed hollow fibers in the end parts or in the middle of the module is 0.1% or below of the total number of the hollow fibers packed in the module.
