PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide urethane aqueous gel chemical volatile material composition capable of easily adjusting volatile quantity of chemical without causing dewatering phenomenon or deterioration phenomenon of urethane aqueous gel by heat or light. SOLUTION: This urethane aqueous gel chemical volatile material composition contains (A) hydrophilic urethane prepolymer, (B) polyether, (C) volatile chemical, and (D) water.
