RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin molded article of high quality low in cost by effectively recycling fine powder toner and waste toner generated in a process for manufacturing electrophotographic toner. SOLUTION: A resin molded article having a sandwich structure is molded by coating a core layer material containing electrophotographic toner constituted of at least a binder resin and a colorant with a skin layer material containing a resin. As the electrophotographic toner, fine powder toner below the product standards generated in a process for manufacturing the electrophotographic toner and waste toner generated accompanied by performing a series of image forming processes by an image forming apparatus are used. A resin having the same system as the bonder resin of the electrophotographic toner of a core layer is used as the skin layer material.
