PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit and detach a rotor with one operation to and from a rotationally driven shaft member with a simple structure in a centrifugal machine. SOLUTION: Plural elastic locking pieces 12 formed dividedly by a slot 11b is provided at a cylindrical part 11 at the tip side of a rotationally driven shaft member 2 and also a catch 12a projecting in a diameter direction outside is formed near the tip of each elastic locking piece. A stepped part 13a for locking the catch is formed at a shaft hole 3a of the rotor 3 by a small diameter part. A push top 16 movable toward the axial direction is provided at the tip side of the shaft member, and an engage means for displacing the elastic locking pieces in the diameter direction inside is provided so that the locking of the catch is released by pushing the push top.
