PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radome grinding device providing the shape accuracy of the desired external shape machining face and stably providing a thin-wall radome. SOLUTION: In grinding the radome by an electrolytic dressing grinding method, the radome is attached to a fixture via a buffer so that the deviation between the central axis of the inside diameter of the radome and the rotating axis of the fixture can be reduced and the uneven wall thickness of the radome can be reduced.
