PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-reserving box of which inner temperature can be always controlled properly without imparting any bad influence on stored items. SOLUTION: There are provided a temperature sensor 5 for sensing a temperature within a box 1 and a temperature recording device 6 for sequentially recording detected temperature data of the temperature sensor 5 as time elapses. Since data in the temperature recording device 6 can be outputted to an external data processing device, a time-based variation in temperature can be easily confirmed by the external data processing device. In this case, since a light emitting or light receiving element 6f and a connector 6g for infrared ray communications are arranged at an outer surface of a lid 2, data transmittance toward the outside can be carried out at any time without releasing the lid 2 and further bad influence against the stored items or intrusion of foreign matters caused by the releasing of the lid 2 can be prevented surely.
