PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operatability in a bell device operated only by touching an operating member 12 itself compared with a conventional one operated by means of a lever part, one part of the operating member. SOLUTION: This bell device 1 is provided with a mounting member 2 mounted to a backward side of travel direction and a downward direction for a handle 3, an operating member 12 supported on shaft freely oscillatable by the mounting member, a supporting shaft 14 for a bell provided in the operating member, a bell 18 provided in the supporting shaft for a bell and a striking means 15 ringing the bell by being actuated when the operating member is oscillated to the mounting member.
