PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a complexity of structure and an increase of weight of a seat cushion frame by facilitating an accommodation operation of a vehicle seat to an accommodation part formed on a floor. SOLUTION: In a vehicle seat A, a seat back 29 is folded on a seat cushion 20. The vehicle seat A is accommodated in an accommodation part 12 opened to a floor 11 of a car body 10. Base ends of link rods 30, 33 are rotatably supported on a bottom portion in an accommodation part and the link rods 30, 33 are urged to a standing direction by a spring device 36. A rear portion of the seat cushion frame 21 is rotatably connected to a tip end of the link rods 30, 33 and anchor plates 46, 46a of a seat belt device 45 are provided. A front portion of the seat cushion frame 21 is detachably engaged with a portion of the car body through a lock mechanism 40 to position a seat cushion at a use position in the state that the link rods 30, 33 stand. The vehicle seat is accommodated in an accommodation part in the state that the link rods 30, 33 are fallen down to a rear side while a seat back becomes an upper side.
