PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming apparatus for an exterior material for building excellent in round forming workability and productivity. SOLUTION: In a lower forming means 10 to support the rear face of an exterior material, a lower die 12 is arranged in the upper part of a moving die fixed plate 11 and a slide hole 14 is vertically arranged in the moving die fixed plate 11, is fitted into a guide post 15 freely vertically moveably a fixed state is kept by the elastic support force of upper/lower compression springs 16, 17. A pressing/bending means 20 to bend an unformed protruding part of the exterior material is fitted into guide posts 23, 23 of a pressing plate 21 freely vertically moveably, is subjected to a buffer action by a lower compression spring 24, a fixed state is maintained at an upper side position of the upper face of a lower die 12 by an operating rod 25, a forming end 26 having an arc shape round groove 27 corresponding to a forming round of the lower die 12 is arranged in the pressing plate 21.
