PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug generating a more effective fish-attracting sound by moving in water. SOLUTION: A plate 8 is placed in a cavity 2 of the body 1 of the objective plug in a manner fixed at one end 8c of the plate and swingable at the other end 8d. Particles 10 are movably placed between the inner face of the cavity 2 of the plug body 1 and at least one surface 8a of the plate 8.
