PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work pressing device which is capable of eliminating a curl in a part other than an embossed part of a work having the embossed part. SOLUTION: The work pressing device 30 eliminates a curl by pressing the part other than the embossed part 7 of the work W having the embossed part 7. In addition, the device 30 is equipped with a first mold 31 having a housing part 34 which houses the embosses part 7 and a second mold 35 which presses the work W between the first mold 31 and the second mold 35. A heater 33 is incorporated in the first mold 31.
