PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a natural-based food and drink by formulating citrus flavonoid(s) such as eriocitrin and/or glucosyldiosmin and citric acid. SOLUTION: This food and drink excellent in antioxidant power and fatigue- relieving effect, and also easily drinkable can be obtained by including citric acid and citrus flavonoid(s) both derived from natural product and having no problem on safety.
