PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator group supervisory operation system making a backup operation with simple procedures when group supervisory fails in a system connected to a network. SOLUTION: This elevator group supervisory operation system is provided with an elevator control means 3 connecting a group supervisory operation control device 1 controlling a plurality of elevators as a group and a plurality of elevator control devices 2 controlled by the group supervisory operation control device 1 and individually controlling elevators respectively to the network 7, a communication means 4 making communications of information including the landing call information between the elevators and the network, a communication abnormality detecting means 6 detecting the abnormality of the communications with the group supervisory operation control device 1, and a simplified backup means 5 allowing the adjacent elevator control devices 2 to have the landing call information in common and making a local supervisory control operation based on the landing call information when the communication abnormality detecting means 6 detects a communication abnormality. |
