PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytic sheet which can be used for clearing air or water, for example, for decomposing/removing NOx, bad-smelling materials and harmful materials, cleaning contaminated rivers and lakes, decolorizing wastewater being water used for dyeing, treating wastewater and treating city water, has not such a problem that the adhesive and the substrate are degraded, the titania particles are released, scattered and made to flow out when applied in the above-mentioned decomposing/removing case or the like and has flexibility. SOLUTION: This photocatalytic sheet is obtained by using a titania fiber having a smooth surface and 50μm or longer fiber length and at least one fiber selected from the group consisting of a vegetable fiber, a synthetic resin fiber, an inorganic fiber and a metallic fiber.
