PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid temperature controlling circuit for a circulating filter where the liquid stored in a liquid tank is sucked, the impurities in the liquid are filtered off, and the filtered liquid is returned to the tank and by which the liquid is rapidly restored to a specified temperature even when the liquid temperature is kept far away from an appropriate temperature after consecutive holidays or on the day after a holiday, and the liquid is returned to the tank. SOLUTION: The liquid stored in liquid tanks 11 to 15 is sucked, the impurities in the liquid are filtered off, and the filtered liquid is returned to the liquid tanks by circulating filters 3, 4A and 4B. In this case, the filtered liquid with the temperature controlled is returned to the liquid tanks by the temperature controlling circuit 45. The circuit 45 includes a circuit wherein a heat exchanger 451 through which the filtered liquid is passed and a flow control valve V are connected in parallel.
