PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet for protecting coating film, satisfying essential faculties such as protective function for coating film from suspended matter, collisional matter and the like and easy removal after accomplishing protective purpose, capable of adhesively covering curved surface with high reliability and no generation of wrinkles, capable of preventing infiltration and retention of rainwater, cleaning solution and the like and capable of avoiding stain such as the deterioration, discoloration and the like of the coating film. SOLUTION: This sheet for protecting coating film has an adhesive layer on one side of a fibrous substrate, comprising a base polymer of a hydrogenated random copolymer made from 1-40 wt.% styrene and 99-60 wt.% diene-based hydrocarbon. The sheet can adhesively cover well the coating film with satisfying protecting function for coating film, based on good deformation followable to curved surface and originated in flexibility and proper stretcheable tolerance of the fibrous substrate, satisfies easily peeling and removing properties, deforms no coating film with the adhesive layer and is applicable as an adhesive cover for a soft coating film such as coating film on a car bumper.
