PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a two-liquid type room temperature curable composition that cures rapidly at room temperature and is excellent in adhesion, an adhesive composition comprising the same, and a sealing material composition thereof. SOLUTION: The two-liquid type room temperature curable composition comprises a liquid A containing a compound (A-1) being a compound having at least two hydrolyzable silyl groups in the molecule and one compound selected from a compound (A-2) being one kind of curable compound selected from the compounds having at least two isocyanate groups or epoxy groups and a compound (B-2) being a compound capable of curing the curable compound (A-2), and a liquid B containing a compound (B-1) being an organometallic compound capable of curing the compound (A-1) and one compound selected from a compound (A-2) and a compound (B-2) but not included in the liquid A. The adhesive composition comprising the two-liquid type room temperature curable composition and the sealing material composition thereof are provided.
