SOLUTION: A light source 14 made of a laser diode is arranged at the rear section in a tube body 12, and a cylindrical lens 13 is arranged rotatably around the optical axis O at the front section in the tube body 12. The lens 13 is rotated by a lens rotating motor 15c, and the projection mark (a) projected forward from the light source 14 through the lens 13 is displaced.
