PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regularly wind a wire by detecting the winding of the wire from a lower layer to an upper layer, and preventing the irregular winding of the wire at a winding start. SOLUTION: This wire regular winding device is provided with an aligning tool 5 for aligning the wire W when it is wound from the lower layer to the upper layer, a support body 6 supporting the aligning tool 5, and a moving device reciprocating the support body 6 and the aligning tool 5 in the axial direction and the radial direction against a bobbin 3. The aligning tool 5 comprises a pair of the right and left detecting bodies 10 provided in the axial direction for detecting the winding of the wire W in contact with the wire W wound from the lower layer to the upper layer near the flange 7 of the bobbin 3, a pressing body 11 pressing the wire W of the first turn after the winding is detected to the flange 7 side, and a guiding body 12 guiding the wire W of the second turn adjacently to the wire W of the first turn. They are integrally provided on a substrate 13.
