PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and certainly carry out operation to take a carrier unit such as a large and heavy fixed unit, etc., out of a device. SOLUTION: It constitutes a characteristic feature of having a rail 19 to guide a fixed unit 8 at the time of drawing the fixed unit 8 out toward an opening of a device main body side surface and a drawing stopper 20 to work as a revolving fulcrum in a releasing direction of the fixed unit 8 by working on a projection 22 provided on a lower part of the fixed unit 8 in the neighbourhood of the aforementioned opening and regulating movement of the fixed unit 8 in the drawing-out direction and being constituted to take the fixed unit 8 out of the device main body by guiding the fixed unit 8 to draw out toward the above opening by the aforementioned rail 19, regulating the projection 22 provided on the unit lower part in the neighbourhood of the above opening by the aforementioned drawing stopper 20, thereafter, revolving the above fixed unit 8 in the releasing direction around the aforementioned drawing stopper 20 as a fulcrum and lifting it up by holding a handle 24 provided on a unit top surface.
