PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method capable of forming a coating film having excellent adhesibility in the case of applying a coating agent prepared by blending a fluororesin on the surface of a material of a small article part to be coated such as a relay iron core by a tumbler type coating method. SOLUTION: The method for forming the coating film comprises forming a 1st spray coating layer with a 1st coating agent and after that, a 2nd spray coating layer with a 2nd coating agent, the content ratio by weight of the fluorocarbon in the 1st coating agent to resin having binder function is controlled to be smaller than that of the fluorocarbon in the 2nd coating agent to the resin having binder function.
