PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal instrument having advantages of using no power, simple, easy in carrying because of its light weight, having a disposable vessel, unnecessary to clean the instrument after use and small in the quantity of waste. SOLUTION: The simple seal member is constituted so as to connect an opening part at the lower side face of a working material vessel 1 filled with a flowable working material such as a seal material or an adhesive and made from a film such as a plastic film or an aluminum foil laminated film to a discharging tube 6 provided with a flow rate control valve 7 through a connection member 9, to connect an air feed tube 2 to the opening part of the upper surface of the vessel 1 through a connection member 10, to connect an air pressure holding balloon 3 to the tube 2 and to provide a simple pressurizing instrument 5 easily working with hand successively to the balloon 3.
