PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous rolling device which is devised so that the number of revolution of a helper roll is adjustable so as not to genetate slip between the helper roll and a belt-like strip which is supported with the helper roll in the using process of the helper roll. SOLUTION: In the continuous rolling device on which conveying means for supporting the belt-like strip S conveyed with the helper roll 2 is provide in the process of the finishing treatment of the rolled belt-like metallic strip, the number of revolution of the helper roll 2 is measured and a control means for adjusting and controlling the number of revolution of driving means 3 for driving the helper roll 2 which is set corresponding to the conveying speed of the belt-like strip S based on this measured value.
