PURPOSE:To attract a user's interest by varying a course pattern of a game according to a signal level of a detected audio signal, when the signal level of the audio signal recorded in a recording medium is detected, and a program of a game stored in a storage means is executed. CONSTITUTION:An audio signal recorded in a CD 1 is reproduced, and a signal level of the audio signal is detected by an A/D converter 10 and a level detecting circuit 11. Subsequently, when a program of, for instance, a car race game stored in a ROM 18 is executed, a race course of the car race game is varied in accordance with the signal level of the audio signal detected by the A/D converter 10 and the level detecting circuit 11. In such a way, since various race courses are displayed by the audio signal recorded in the CD, it is prevented to spoil a user's pleasure. |
