Insulating board used in the building industry includes polymer liner, polyolefinic needle-felt fleece, metal, bituminous, polymer, rendering top-coat layers, and added granular materials A combined insulating board especially for building industrial use comprises: (A) a base-board coated on one or both surfaces by a polymeric lining, a fibrous substance based ''fleece'' top-coat preferably of a needle-felted polyolefinic compound being applied to the polymer-lined surfaces; (B) a ''fleece'' top coat applied to one side of the lined board, while a metal foil, metal plate, wood or cork board, or a polymer sheet is bonded to the lined reverse side; (C) a thick bitumen, tar, epoxy-tar based layer applied to an immediately bonded ''fleece'' base layer on one side of the board, or to the ''fleece'' layer found on the other, polymer lined side of the board, a granular silicate based top coating, preferably of pebbles or perlite or chalk optionally being added to the bituminous-tarry layer; (D) a polymer, preferably with added fillers and additives, (such as polyvinylacetate, polystyrene or polyacrylate homopolymer or copolymer) topcoat is applied to a ''fleece'' base layer found on one side of the insulating board, or to a polymer lined and fleece carrying side. Optionally, such a topcoat may be a silicate-based rendering layer, preferably containing pebbles, perlite or granular chalk. |
