The invention relates to a process for deodorizing raw polyetherpolyols by steam counter-current distillation, consisting in preheating the raw polyetherpolyol mixture subjected to deodorization and then continuously feeding it in counter-current to? the steam by the upper part of a stripping column, further on, the resulting mixture of steam and odorizing compounds being condensed and the resulting deodorized polyetherpolyols being subjectable to the advanced removing of the basic ions by conventional processes.
