PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the quality of a mixed material by the retention of a material to be mixed and to prevent the breaking of a screw incorporating a rotor segment by decreasing an unbalanced load applied on the rotor segment. SOLUTION: A rotor is incorporated as the rotor segment 12 of the screw set 1 of a twin-screw extruder which mixes and disperses the material to be mixed into the mixed material in a desired mixing state. The rotor is provided with at least two-blade mixing blades 14a-16a which make different chip clearances appear in the circumferential direction and has the same cross-sectional shape with those of a mixing disk segment 11a and a mixing disk 13a to be incorporated as another screw segment 11 and a mixing disk segment 13 of the screw set 1 excluding the apex parts the mixing blades 14a-16a. |
