PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional methods of fitting merchandise cards on a handrail wherein a price card rail is fixed to the handrail using screws, a double-sided adhering tape or the like, and the merchandise cards are inserted and fitted into the price card rail which causes problems such that the price card rail is expensive, and that it inhibits cleaning and looks unsightly because of accumulated rubbish. SOLUTION: A groove-shaped catching part 6b is formed on an upper part of a flat inclined part 6a of the handrail 6. A transparent elastic plate 10 of thin sheet shape is inserted and fitted removably to the catching part 6b so as to cover the flat inclined part 6a. Thereby, the merchandise cards are inserted under the transparent elastic plate 10, or pasted on the transparent elastic plate 10. |
