PURPOSE: A connection tray of an intermediate optical cable switching device is provided which simultaneously accommodates loose tube-type optical cables and ribbon-type optical cables stably and allows switching of the optical cables to be made on the connection tray. CONSTITUTION: A connection tray of an intermediate optical cable switching device includes a body(2) having a connection pin(3), a connection hook, a connection boss(5) and a connection shaft(4), and an optical cable incoming path(8) that is formed at one side of the body and has a plurality of fixing protrusions for fixing incoming optical cables to the bottom of the body. The connection tray further has the first and second mandrels(9,10) formed inside the body, having a predetermined distance between them, and an incoming optical cable aligning groove formed at the bottom between the optical incoming path and the first mandrel. The connection tray also has an organizer(15) placed between the first and second mandrels to connect an optical core and an optical jumper code to each other, and an adaptor mounting plate(22) having a plurality of adaptor mounting grooves.
