DRYING TREATMENT EQUIPMENT OF FOOD RESIDUE

PURPOSE: A drying treatment equipment of food residue is provided, which can remove moisture even in food residue that contains a large amount of water in a shortened time. The separated water from food waste is vaporized, so that wastewater to be discharged into river is reduced. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a crushing gear that is surrounded by a housing (300) and is composed of a pair of gears of a driving gear (210) and a slave gear (220) for crushing food waste fed through a hopper (100) set above the housing (300), the driving gear (210) being driven by a first gear (605) connected to a main gear (610) of a power device (600); and (ii) a drying plate (500) that is inserted into the space formed between a guide heating plate (410) of upper part and a discharge heating plate (420) of lower part, has a restricted space (550) for receiving food waste (700) and is horizontally backward and forward by a bushing (621) connected to a crank device (620) connected to a second gear (606), the food waste (700) being heated by high temperature generated by heating plates (410,420) and dried.
