The sealed door for an operating theatre has a leaf (2) to seal against the frame. The leaf has an inner frame (4) with panels (6) each having a cut out defining an opening (9) to receive a transparent panel (10). The frame has an internal space between the panels to receive vertical slide-ways (12,13) to receive the panel. The opening has the slide guides at its edges and has upper and lower edging strips (16,17) to seal against the panel.
