PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination instrument having high side directionality. SOLUTION: The illumination fixture 1 comprises a lamp 2 long toward one direction, an fixture main body 3 that supports a lamp as well as forms a opening part into one side opposing to the other circumference surface of the lamp to reflect light from the lamp toward the opening part, and a cover 4 that covers the opening part and also attaches to the main body of the illumination instrument to be protruded from the opening surface and permeates light from the lamp and the reflected light. It is equipped with a spreading plate 6 dividing into two parts a space surrounded by the cover and the above opening surface and made of material capable of reflecting light emitted from the lamp at positions other than both ends in the length direction of the lamp. |
