PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the situation of the occurrence and correction of a failure in a program test cannot be controlled unitarily, that the content of the failure and a correcting result cannot be obtained without going to the storing place of a keeping file for referring since they are written in respective recording papers and stored in respective keeping files and that the correction of the failure is not instructed completely since a record is not kept since the correction of the failure is instructed orally by using a transmission means such as telephone. SOLUTION: The situation of the occurrence and correction of the failure are referred as a list by relating failure contents, a correcting instruction and a correcting result with each other and managing them together and they are inputted and displayed at an optical place by an optional input device and a display device connected to a network. In addition the correcting instruction is recorded.
