PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bimetal ring hard to be struck by a valve disc. SOLUTION: The valve disc 11 is arranged in a variable pressure chamber 4 formed of an inner-outer ring valve seats 6, 7 and a cover member 5. The bimetal ring 13 having the end is arranged in a conical inclined face part 12 formed on the outer periphery of the outer ring valve seat 7. An annular plate 14 is arranged between the valve disc 11 and the bimetal ring 13. An annular resistance groove 15 is formed in a position opposed to an outer peripheral under surface of the valve disc 11 on an upper surface of the annular plate 14. Steam entering all the way into the variable pressure chamber 4 by passing spaces among the inner-outer ring valve seats 6, 7, the annular plate 14 and the valve disc 11 is increased in flowing resistance by the resistance groove 15 formed on the upper surface of the annular plate 14 opposed to the outer peripheral under surface of the valve disc 11 to relatively gently pass the space between the annular plate 14 and the valve disc 11. Thus, the annular plate 14 is hardly sucked and drawn upward, and the bimetal ring 13 is hardly struck by the valve disc 11 via the annular plate 14.
