PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a malfunction of damaging a pipe body and a cable penetratingly arranged between connecting end surfaces of adjacent structures by shearing force by being relatively displaced in the positional relationship between the structures by the expansion and contraction of the structures by a temperature change and external stress such as a load when continuously arranging the plural structures on a roadbed by opposing the mutual end surfaces. SOLUTION: This displacement absorbing piping joint is provided with a fixed unit embedded in and fixed to a connecting end surface of one structure and a movable unit displaceably supported along the plane direction of the connecting end surface by the fixed unit. A pipe body is laid inside the one structure is communicated with and connected to the fixed unit. The other pipe body laid inside the other structure is communicated with and connected to the movable unit to hold both pipe bodies in a communicating state in the fixed unit. Stress applied to both pipe bodies when the connecting end surfaces of both structures are relatively displaced in the plane direction, is absorbed and removed by displacement operation in the plane direction of the movable unit.
