PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device for a shielding panel capable of fitting it with no jolt in the vertical and longitudinal directions without accumulating rainwater, dust or the like. SOLUTION: Upper and lower lock sections 4, 5 are provided on the back face of the shielding panel P, and lock pieces 4a, 5a are formed downward on both lock sections 4, 5 respectively. Lugs 3 are provided along the longitudinal direction on the shielding panel P fitting faces of vertical sash bars 2, 2, and hook-shaped notches 6a, 6b having recesses 7 on the lower faces are formed on the lugs 3. The lock piece 5a is rotatably locked on the lower notch 6b, the upper face of the lower lock section 5 is brought into pressure contact with the upper face of the notch 6b, and the inner and outer faces of the lock piece 5a are inscribed in the inner and outer faces of the notch 6b in a locked state. The lock piece 4a is locked on the upper notch 6a in pressure contact, the lower end of the lock piece 4a is locked on the recess 7 of the notch 6a, and the inner and outer faces of the lock piece 4a are inscribed in the inner and outer faces of the notch 6a in the locked state.
