PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To joint a pile to an upper framework with a sufficient strength without interposing a footing. SOLUTION: The joint construction 1 between the pile and the upper framework comprises a hollow steel pipe 3 for pile installation used and left at the top of the head of pile during the formation of a cast-in-place concrete pile 2, main bar 7 of the cast-in-place concrete pile 2 extended in a hollow cylindrical space 6 for jointing surrounded by the top 5 of the pile head and the inner peripheral surface 4 of a hollow steel pipe for forming the pile, a main steel bar 9 of an RC column 8 erected inside the hollow space for jointing, an anchor 10 for fixing a brace located at a hollow space for jointing, and a concrete portion 11 poured in a hollow space for jointing in such a manner that the anchor for fixing the brace can be embedded inside a hollow space 6 jointing the anchor together with the main bars 7, 9.
