PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medium such as the magnetic card of a customer and a bankbook, and cash from being carried away by someone else even though the customer leaves the device during transactions. SOLUTION: When a customer detection sensor 1 detects that the customer leaves a paper money receiving and paying machine during its restoring processing owing to a cash processing failure in the machine, the information is stored in a storing part 9. When the information showing that the customer leaves the machine is stored in the part 9 after cash processing finished, an image urging to input a personal identification number is displayed on a customer operation displaying part 2, and when an inputted personal identification number is confirmed as correct, the magnetic card of the customer and cash are ejected. |
