The site 25 puts the banner advertisements of the shopping sites into the registered mail magazines and distributes them to a reader 12. Receiving the mail magazines, the reader 12 clicks the banner advertisements to access a shopping site 35. The orders are received on the site 35 and the sales are totalized. Then the commissions are paid to the publishers 11 according to the results of their sales shown on the site 35.
