PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline battery, in which the cathode strength is improved, to have no short circuit generated and to have small capacity variations. SOLUTION: The alkaline battery is constituted, using a paste-type cathode containing cellulosic polymer and poly N-vinyl acetamide, in which nickel hydroxide serves as an active material. |
