<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective and proper use of battery drive and AC power supply drive according to the environment of a place where a person has gone, or the like without impairing portability of electronics. SOLUTION: In this battery device 20, a battery case 20A is bisected in the width direction of a notebook PC, one divided body is constituted as an AC adaptor unit 30 and the other divided body is constituted as a battery unit 40. The AC adaptor unit 30 and the battery unit 40 are electrically connected and mechanically and integrally joined to constitute the battery case 20A, and they are normally handled as an integral component. Thus, the battery device 20 is handled with the same easiness as that of the conventional battery. In addition, the AC adaptor unit 30 and the battery unit 40 can be separately used in a state in which the battery device 20 is detached from a PC main body 10.</p> |
