PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile transmitter-receiver whose reception is enhanced. SOLUTION: A speech management unit 60 is provided with a broadcasting station 72 that transmits information about calling by using a broadcast wave in a frequency band lower than that of a speech carrier, in addition to base stations 64 that attain a speech between mobile terminals 30 and between the mobile terminal 30 and a stationary phone 12, and each mobile terminal 30 is provided with a broadcast wave transmission/reception display section that can receive a broadcast wave. An exchange control station 70 allows the broadcast station 72 to transmit information about the calling by the broadcast wave when the mobile terminal 30 is in a state that the mobile terminal cannot make transmission/reception with the speech carrier. Since the broadcast wave can reach more than the speech carrier, the mobile terminal 30 uses the broadcast wave transmission/reception section to receive the information about the calling even when the transmission/reception is not available by the speech carrier. As a result, the receiving of the mobile terminal 30 can be enhanced.
