PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice communication terminal that has only to use a simple terminal function to attain secrecy, completeness, authentication of speech contents and prevention of repudiation in communication via an unreliable network. SOLUTION: The common encryption system or the public encryption system is adopted for the encryption system of this invention and voice data are encrypted and transmitted/received independently of a function of a network so as to warrant the secrecy, completeness, authentication of speech contents and prevention of repudiation in communication via an unreliable network.
