PURPOSE: A device for dehydrating and maintaining a plant sample in a vacuum state is provided to keep the original form of the plant sample for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A device for dehydrating and maintaining a plant sample in a vacuum state includes a first chamber(110) having a plate(220) for fixing a plant sample(105) and carrying out vacuum-processing after the sample is fixed, a tube for charging the sample and having a tag recorded with predetermined information, and a second chamber(150) to be inserted by the tube for vacuum-processing and having an injection nozzle for injecting a predetermined gas into the tube, wherein the first chamber has one ore more probes(240) mounted to the sample for heating the sample for dehydration at a high temperature, and the sample is conveyed from the first chamber to the tube in the second chamber.
