PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a cable is pressed elastically in the axis direction by an elastic material that enables to obtain both necessary elastic deformation stroke and appropriate pressure of the elastic material. SOLUTION: A rotor 11 and a case 12 are engaged freely rotating from each other and a flat cable (14) is installed between them. The rotor 11 is equipped with plural ribs 17... in radial disposition to the opposite surface 11a of the cable and, spreading over each rib 17..., an elastic sheet 18 is provided at the bottom side. The elastic sheet 18 is elastically transformed only at the contacting area with the rib 17... and presses the flat cable 14 in the axis direction and prevents its rattling.
