PURPOSE: An AT-cut quartz crystal is provided to improve the frequency stability of a quartz crystal with a wide temperature range by using a plasma etching method. CONSTITUTION: A gemstone is cut according to a predetermined thickness(301). A polishing process for the cut gemstone is performed by using #800(302). A circular gemstone is formed by processing the polished gemstone(303). The circular gemstone is polished by using #2000(304). A center portion of the circular gemstone is etched by performing a plasma etching process(305). A frequency of a blank is detected by using a frequency discriminator(306). An electrode is formed by depositing a silver on the circular gemstone(307). The gemstone(308) is assembled with a substrate for forming an oscillator. A silver is deposited on the electrode of the gemstone(309). A deposited thickness is checked(310). A marking process is performed(311). A welding process is performed(312). An aging process is performed(313). |
